6.0 Key Vendors, Suppliers and Partners

Intuitive Machines’ supply chain is characterized by a high degree of concentration in a limited number of critical areas, particularly launch services and specialized aerospace components. The Company relies exclusively on SpaceX’s Falcon 9 launch vehicle for all flown and contracted lunar missions and satellite deployments. This dependence extends beyond launch procurement, as Nova-C’s methane and liquid oxygen fueling process is integrated with SpaceX’s launch infrastructure, creating a level of operational reliance that may be difficult to replicate with an alternative launch provider.

Another notable supply chain consideration involves mission-critical landing sensors. Following performance issues encountered during both the IM-1 and IM-2 missions, Intuitive Machines adopted a dual-source procurement strategy for the IM-3 mission’s rangefinder systems, utilizing primary and redundant units from separate vendors. This approach is intended to improve system redundancy and reduce supplier concentration risk within a critical subsystem.

The Company’s Annual Report acknowledges reliance on “a limited number of suppliers for certain raw materials and supplied components” but does not identify those suppliers. Public disclosures similarly do not provide a comprehensive breakdown of vendors supporting key systems such as avionics, guidance and navigation hardware, flight batteries, cryogenic propellants, structural components, and propulsion-related subsystems. Accordingly, the supplier map that follows should be viewed as the disclosed subset of the supply chain rather than a complete representation of all mission-critical vendors.
